HOW WILL PEOPLE FIND MY SITE?
We optimise the code in each individual site for the benefit of the search engines. We put in Meta Descriptions and Meta Keywords that are appropriate to Your site at Your location, and work with you to make sure the pages have adequate keyword density in the text. There are also "Pay per click" programs you can utilize, and we can give you more information about these if you wish.

HOW DO I USE YOUR CONTENT MANAGEMENT (CMS) SYSTEM?
You will have your own very easy to use Administration Area in which you can Edit content, Add Content and Add Photos in your web site through a WYSIWYG editor. We will set up the entire site for you, and then you can make any changes you wish. There is a complete help section within your Admin Area which should answer all your questions, and if not, we offer free online support for as long as you have your site with us.

CAN I USE FTP TO MAKE CHANGES IN MY SITE?
If you don't know what FTP is, you can skip this question because you will not need it. If you are familiar with how FTP works, read on. If you have a web site without the CMS installed, we can give you an FTP login if you wish one. You must be knowledgeable with html code if you wish to do so as small mistakes can have large consequences, and we cannot be responsible for any problems created. It is highly recommended that you have us do any changes for you which may require FTP access..If you have a CMS site, you don't need FTP access because you can do additions or changes without it..

CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE RENTAL ON A WEB SITE?
Yes you can. You can have whatever photos and descriptions you want on the pages. You may want to add extra pages as an option (for which there would be an extra charge). For  multi-rental web sites you can have  more than one Availability Calendar.

CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE THE WEB SITE FOR ME?
Yes we can. The charges for doing so will depend on the types and extent of customisation you want made. Typically from £49/US$99, depending on your wants. Please call or e-mail us, and let us know your needs for a quote.

HOW DO I START OR SEND THE PHOTOS TO YOU?
There are a number of ways to send your details, but the easiest is to email the text and photos. If you have any photos on any other sites, we could also use those.

WHAT ABOUT A DOMAIN NAME?
You will need your own Domain Name if you don't have one already. Your Domain Name can be whatever you would like it to be. It is helpful for it to be descriptive of your business, service or rental.. If you do not already have a domain name registered, we can do it for you at no charge as part of our web site package.

AFTER OUR SITE IS DONE, ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES ?
Ordinarily there should be no reason for any extra charges over what is spelled out in  the Pricing Page as the yearly fee. I don't charge for help or support via email, and don't charge to do or help make small changes to your site. If you have any major changes you wish to have made, I either charge £20/$40 an hour, or a set agreed upon price tot do it.

MIGHT YOUR FEES INCREASE FOR US IN THE FUTURE?
My fees may change in the future for new clients, but your fees will remain the same as they are now. You can see exactly what these fees are on my

CAN WE MOVE OUR SITE ELSEWHERE IN THE FUTURE?
We would of course prefer to keep you as our client, but if for some reason you wish to move your site elsewhere and do not wish for continued support from us, you are free to do so.  One thing to note though is that if you have a CMS site, the software that is required which allows you to make your own changes through your browser cannot be moved with the site. The site could be moved as it appears on the internet, but without the CMS back end.

OUR SITE HAS BEEN HACKED, NOW WHAT?
The prospect of having your site damaged by a malicious hacker is extremely slight since they generally target larger commercial sites, but the possibility is still there. Your site is created with security in mind, and a lot of effort has gone into making it as "hacker proof" as possible. Even sites such as Microsoft's gets hacked into though, and it is impossible to be totally hacker proof even with a team of experts behind you. If your site is compromised in any such way, We cannot be held responsible, as this is beyond any reasonable control we  have. We may be able to fix and secure the site without any charges for doing so, but we cannot guarantee this, and our hourly rate would apply. We keep a backup of your site if needed, and you have the ability to make backups within the CMS, and should do so whenever you make changes. This will help keep any possible problems to a minimum.
